Aug 17th 2011 4:00PM Guess it depends on how many "minutes" because you're never more than an hour or so away from SOME beach. lol
Aug 13th 2011 5:27PM Well, I think it's really stylists who like this look. I don't think men are attracted to it, I don't think women in general like it much. For me, I won't even be able to put on my (very necessary) glasses after that! lol
Apr 22nd 2011 9:24PM So can someone please explain to me why my cat bites me? And she does it often. I know sometimes it is because she wants to play-she will actually chase me across the room, trying to nip the backs of my legs but other times, I stroke her head very gently and she will turn, lick me and then bite! I have owned many cats and this is a first for me. She's always been aggressive, another first for me. She is not and has never been a cuddler, either. I would get another cat if my hubby would allow it, just so I can have a cuddler again.
Mar 4th 2011 1:56PM I also report all of them. So glad I'm not alone! Keep it up.
Mar 1st 2011 2:58PM Great to hear the wise Dr. Oz is going to help this woman. And none of her "numbers" surprised him...hmm, wonder what he'd think of mine. I am obese, tried numerous diets and exercise to lose weight and couldn't. My numbers are so good, it's scary. Chol-under 200, LDL-low, HDL-medium-high, Blood sugar-98, thyroid-uhoh...BP-115/72, heart rate 58. Wait, something's not right here....if you're fat, your numbers have to reflect that, right? Right?
This from a man who a few years ago made the statement that he wouldn't do surgery on an obese patient because they hadn't helped themselves to lose weight.
Feb 28th 2011 9:22PM Oh that was funny! I'm very conservative about ads, the way some celebrities behave, etc but I thought this was very, very funny. Get over it. At least they don't have some washed up "star" dancing in the dairy aisle with some man candy, behaving as if she's going to have sex with the butter.
Feb 15th 2011 10:34AM I have gotten quite a few of those "we found your money" type of scams and used to forward them on to the FBI-then I began getting scam letters FROM the FBI! Of course, they weren't really from the FBI but still, nothing seems to work anymore.
Feb 15th 2011 10:32AM But even when using that caution-if your friend has not done their diligence, then you can still get hit. Recently, a friend of ours sent everyone e-mails with a link to another site. The only problem is, that particular friend NEVER sends out e-mails, doesn't do links and just simply would never do that. It was a virus in disguise.
Feb 5th 2011 12:24PM We JUST found out how bad Science Diet really is and are in the process of finding a quality food for our cat. Boy, all those years the vets told me to get SD-I thought it was because it was good not because of money. Live and learn. Wish I had known it with my cats I used to have.
Feb 2nd 2011 2:51PM I will never go on Carnival again. Good deal? Not so much. Due to a health change with one of our family members, we had to change our itinerary to a shorter cruise. Paid more money for the privilege. Being on board was a joke-couldn't find a decent place to sit near the only pool because of the hundreds of kids on there. The buffet lines were ridiculous and when you finally got near the food, all that was left were warm cold items and cold hot items. Slick flooring near the buffet sent a couple of people tumbling, the elevators only worked about half the time and then only half the elevators so people were constantly crowded in front of the doors trying to get on. Rude personnel when I tried to set right a mistake in our dinner seating and the list goes on. Never again. They had the nerve to send my husband a "fantastic offer" and I told him there is NO WAY! And don't even get me started on things like "The Hairiest chest contest" . Trash!
