May 15th 2008 11:43PM Be wise not all that you read and see is as it appears, Carltan Watson does not own the land and will use your money to build the resort. He is building this 36 unit condo project on 400 feet of land, while the other lots are single family homes. When Carlton contracted for the land he told everyone he was building three story buildings not six story which will sore three stories above anything on the peninsula. The neighbors to this property are excited about this project because it does not fit into the character of the peninsula. A project of this size requires an Environmental Impact Assessment to be filed with the government, which Carton has not done. Be ware of government action. Belize is a friendly place, the reason I built a home there, don't become an ugly foreigner. There is plenty of good property to buy don't ruin a beautiful area.
