Mar 30th 2009 4:12PM These jacked up coupes (X6, ZDX) do have their place. For those who are looking at a coupe or sedan but simply want to have a higher seating position, AWD and are satisfied with the storage space of a sedan or coupe....then these models are an excellent alternative. Sitting down low in a sedan or coupe is unappealing for many...and you don't hear everyone bitch about not having enough cargo capacity in those auto styles.
Of course many people will want the little bit of additional storage offered in an SUV...however there are others that would prefer a different design and something that stands out in the crowd over cargo capacity that they will never use.
This may be the first step for Acura regaining the prestige it once had with the first Legend. Welcome back boys.
