Mar 2nd 2011 10:39AM I like it. Make it a small TSI gasoline biased toward MPG than sporty power, or a small diesel with a 6 speed MANUAL transmission. Please, no hybrid or 100% "e."

Feb 23rd 2011 8:05PM I'd like to have a car with minimal electronics. No computer screen in front of me, hand crank windows, no sunroof, minimal radio with one or two speakers. I'd like to keep the car for decades without minimal electronic problems.

Feb 22nd 2011 12:50PM I don't like the idea of the government subsidizing anything, but...there could be a time in the future when oil prices see a serious spike. This spike may also be associated in a sudden loss of supply.
Until this spike and possible supply cut occurs ethanol will feel like a serious waste of money. It its on way an ethanol policy is an insurance policy for when an emergency might require the sudden shift to homegrown fuels.
Someday we might need it. And we might need it quickly and a lot of it.
