Apr 5th 2010 3:19PM Personally, I think that was the best 'Undercover Boss' episode yet. Rick seemed to be a very humble and 'real' man who showed his vunerability when it came to the issues from his past with his father.
And if Weenie is right (with the above comment) what a shame that would be that this is all 'set-up' too. I agree with him...reality tv isn't reality at all. Let's hope this program isn't like the rest.

Oct 9th 2009 10:10AM I have to say Jay Leno at the 10 o'clock time slot wasn't a well thought out plan. All of NBC's best dramas were at that time, a time were it was considered good for 'adult' drama. I've watched Jay a few times since his move to an earlier time and he's just not the same. Plus, the show is pretty much the same thing night after night. Too predictable. Bring back drama at 10 on NBC!
