Dec 27th 2009 4:45PM I bought my latest house from owner, that bastard lied about central air,heat pump, etc. He also left with me with the bill 4 repairing all the concrete that had 2 b fixed my city if Faifield. Goung in I had 2 pay $5,100.oo 4 central air/heat pump. He cut all the wires out side and stoled the copper. Of course I couldnt prove this. I got a bill later about paying for the side walks a few months later. The old coot is a liar and a theif. I dont have the $$$ 2 go after him. I did try 2 get $$ 4 central air but he said it worked when he lived there. That bastard left me with these bills. If I would have went through a realtor all of these $$$ problems would have been diclosed my the relator or I could have sued. Never think u are getting a deal my buying from owner. They can legaaly screw u and their is nouthing u can do unles u have losts of $$$$$. PS I wont even go there about the angry sqrills in my attic or the invasiopns of tyhe ants in my kitchen,or most of kitchen appliances were junk!!
