May 8th 2008 1:52PM Absolutely gorgeous. Thank you for posting these pics of the interior. The wood is so freaking fabulous. I want this house. I cannot afford but a girl can dream. This is my dream home. Wow.
Apr 28th 2008 7:06PM From the looks of it, they're all moving to NYC to partay. It's interesting to see these how wealth is displayed across the generations.
Example, young tycoons and their snob mags and older people like Warren Buffett, who's worth at least $65 billion and is currently the world's wealthiest person ahead of Bill Gates and the Mexican tycoon (don't recall his name).
Warren Buffett lives in the same house he purchased in the late 50s for $31K, doesn't carry a cell phone, he's not really big on personal tech gadgets and computers, drives the same hoopie from like 25 years ago, he's just strictly old school.
Apr 28th 2008 2:39PM Two thumbs up for the vid clips, keep those coming. I second Lobels, some of the best beef I've had in a while. I will check for La Cense Beef as well.
Apr 21st 2008 10:13AM Yeah, I am a sucker for the late 80s & 90s supes and I've noticed a comeback. I think it's okay to be nostalgic. I am a mid 70s baby and I grew up with the supes, The Trinity, Gianni Versace and those buckle dresses. I think these girls came up at the peak of "supermodels as superstars" and I don't think there was a better time to shine than in those days. I'm not feeling any of the 21st Century supes. I guess, at 35, I'm getting old...
Apr 10th 2008 2:44PM I love the lines of the furniture, not sure if they were shot with a fish-eye / wide angle lens so the pictures look distorted? Anyway its very Jetsons. I also like the picture (or mural or print, not sure) in the laundry room. I like this one.
