Bad buys at Target {WalletPop}
Sep 13th 2010 4:45AM Your article mentioned a few cosmetic products, almost in passing, and didn't get specific about exactly what they were and how much one could save. Thenthe article started in on Kindle, which is almost always a one-time-only purchase. The distinction seemed to be that you would end up spending more at Target than on Amazon because you would end up paying more in taxes and S&H. This seems a negligible amount, since Kindle is a high-ticket, luxury item.
Please! Don't waste my time with this type of article unless you have something concrete and useful to report.
Never Lose Your Stuff Again! {Shopping Articles Blog}
Jun 9th 2010 7:55AM I got onw of those plastic spiral cods, attached my keys to one end, and attached the other end to my purse. The cord pulls out long enough so I can use the keys for the ignition and my doors. When I'm running around in the morning, my keys are right there is my purse. A womanb's purse is a lot easier to find than a key ring.
How to Stop Your Dog From Begging {Pawnation OLD}
Mar 1st 2010 4:37PM Fine - now how do I stop my CAT from begging - or demanding? From the time I come out of my room in the morning until I go to bed at night, she thinks I should be feeding her. She yowls at me and stands in my way. I have to shgut her in another room and I don't like it.
Boy in Hot Water Over LEGO-Size Gun {Asylum}
Feb 5th 2010 2:48AM This seems to be a very ingenious and inventive young kid. Maybe instead of comdemning him, his school can try and channel some of that inventiveness into worthwhile pursuits. Maybe we have a ecology engineer in the making!
Zagat Fast-Food Survey Ranks In-N-Out Burger No. 1 {Slashfood}
Jun 10th 2009 10:36PM The thing I like best about In-N-Out is their Wrap Burger. No bun, just a really good burger wrapped in lettuce so it doesn't drip. Great for us dieters!
Five Things Woman Want {Personal Articles}
Oct 4th 2008 11:34PM I didn't see honesty on that list and I would consider it much more important than adoration. And - hopefully - faithfulness.
America's Most Hated Foods {Slashfood}
Jun 27th 2008 1:11AM Cucumbers taste like old rubber tires. Bell peppers are in EVERYTHING these days, but they just don't taste good. Raw cabbage is NASTY. Avocados (guacamole is okay) taste like eating lard.
Meanest Love Songs: No. 1 {Spinner}
Feb 14th 2008 2:06AM How about Dolly Parton's "Why'd You Walk in Here Lookin' Like That?" and a real oldie by Bill Russell, I think, "I'll Be Glad When You're Dead, You Rascal You"?
Multi-Tasking Food Tips {AOL Food Blog}
Jan 25th 2008 5:10PM For a painful sunburn, slice raw potatoes very thin (no need to peel) and spread in a single layer on affected area. Cover with a tightish t-short to hold them on, or lie down for a while..
Wooden Accessories Are Luxurious Too {Luxist}
Jan 12th 2008 7:30PM The bag doesn't seem practical to me. What if it gets wet? Rain or snow or a wet bartop would do it a lot of damage.
Also, if it's going to be made of wood, it's probably going to be heavy. A clutch seems like a bad idea.
What if it falls? Will it break?
It's nice-looking, but not $00-plus nice.
