Is Paul Thomas Anderson Making a 'Power Play'? {Cinematical}
Aug 11th 2008 10:06AM Jordan, you stole my lines: this guy's gotta get up early in the morning, shave, and get to work! He's got a sea of talent at creating film, in my humble opinion, very philosophical and reflective. Somewhat choppy and rough around the edges, I believe he's trying to be very honest in his films. Not as famous as Tarantino, not as vulgarly comical as Smith: Anderson is a man who has yet to make his MAJOR breakthrough. Ladies and gentlemen, I believe that make it he will. Collaboration with a Cheshire cat of an actor the charisma of Nicholson can only mean fame for him - and a fame not undeserved.
All the best,
Julie

Miami Real Estate Flounders On Sinking Prices {Luxist}
Mar 17th 2008 12:14PM East coast's Miami is unique city with its variety of economic and cultural aims. Not very surprising that the city's affected by the 'mood' of the region. Size doesn't count..But this might be a present global tendency as we faced a drop in selling condos here in Toronto as well. Lots of them are listed unsold. Even though the solution might be, of course, to lower the prices, both sides are waiting for the other to take action.
