Nov 26th 2008 4:56PM I feel this is a training issue, not personal. Being white I had no idea what was involved in just simple everyday maintenance of black. While attending school in Munich, GE, my roommate was a lovely black girl. The first morning getting ready for class, she asked if I had any hand lotion. I said, sure, help yourself. This occured every morning and I asked the benefit, she explained. Their are so many differences in many ways and I would not go to her salon not expect her to patronize mine. She and I learned quite a bit about each others cultures, raising children, JuneTeen, & many interesting things that I still enjoy. Please, people, STOP YELLING - RACIST everytime someone says or does something. Take the time to learn and listen. You will never learn anything while your mouth is moving.

Aug 27th 2008 12:29PM I have to agree with "just me," the article is poorly written. It took reading a couple of times to figure out which painting was destroyed, as well as (first sentence in 2nd paragraph) that Breslauer wasn't the painter.

Jul 9th 2008 6:22PM My concern where Obama is concerned is the racist church he attended for 20 yrs. Was he deaf, dumb, & blind when it came to what was apparently the church doctrine. Perhaps he simply slept through the sermons. Seriously, I would like to hear a full explanation from him concerning this.
