Feb 10th 2013 9:37AM The scumbag probably moved on to another house to live for free, I hope the police catch him,its unfortunate that as taxpayers we have to foot the bill for these scum if he is caught and thrown in jail,either way he lives free. We should be able to kill murderers except self defense cases, rapists, child molestors,terrorists, and illegals, also drug dealers and gangs, it would leave plenty of room for people like this.
