Dec 22nd 2009 10:30PM Snow Chains are best when you have more tha 2=3 inches of snow.
I always had the chains in the trunk in snow season and could mount them on a wheel in 10 minutes . My Dad tought me that trick back in 1940 when I learned to drive . No speed over 25 mph .I alao used them on snow tires when they became popular.

Jan 16th 2009 8:46AM Yes , i received two charges for a total of 29.75 for a travel expense from some unknown agency. Best part is i can't travel from my apt.due to health. I called the credit card co. and had it investigated.
