Sep 4th 2009 5:36PM You can solve this quickly. Buy LOCALLY raised meat and veggies. Buying locally grown is a very good way to stir our local economy as well. If I hear it once a day, I hear it a million times a day: Get to know the farmer. Get to know the local butcher. Quit buying that CRAP meat, dairy,eggs from mega stores!
I have the good fortune to live in FAMILY OWNED AND RUN dairy country. As opposed to the awful, and cruel corporate giant farms! THAT is where your getting your BHT in your milk! Family farmers normally cant AFFORD to use that as an additive to cows food to increase milk production.
I Buy my eggs from a local Amish Lady. Raise our our meat. Grow and can my own veggies and tomato sauces. Im 48. My mother taught me these skills. Glad i have them, as groceries are pretty pricey.
If your a city dweller.......other than buying at a farmers market, I dunno WHAT you should do! Not likely to have a small dairy farm in the heart of Chicago!

Mar 8th 2007 9:27PM The squirrel and the pumpkin: I had to turn the video off. Made me kinda sick. See, I had a dog who ate fermented bread dough. He nearly died of alcohol poisioning! Surprized the heck out of ME that animals can have a problem like that. Of course, the fermented dough had been in the neighbors trash... and the dog went after it. I paid the vet bill, he stayed att he vet for three days getting fluids and recovering. and he lived!
As for birth control for squirrels? Now THAT is funny! How they gonna catch them all and install all those little IUD's? WOW! Medical science is something else!

I dont think it was a real child in the stroller. In fact, I wonder how much of it was put on? I belive people in that house used methedone for recreational uses, no doubt.
