Feb 7th 2009 9:39AM Wow, it still amazes me how uneducated the general population in our great country of ours really is. Almost ALL of the comments posted come from the heart of people (who apparently did not do any research or fact checking) before they posted. Fact is- white men are still the HIGHEST paid, more powerful (and not because they are better at their jobs- yes, the good 'ole boy network is alive and well), and often hypocritical people in the office. Now, with that being said, women and minorities should be given equal pay and equal consideration. If you look at the job pool, whites still dominate in every area in decent paying jobs. So, cry me a F@cking river people and open your eyes. Quit bitching because someone else other than yourself actually got a chance to support his/her family the same as you! Don't worry- even if you did get laid off and are white- I'm sure you can pick up the phone and call one of your "boys" and get a replacement job sooner than the average minority or women.

Feb 5th 2009 7:20AM It's really sad..how many people are so damn prejudiced STILL in this great country of ours. This is not about race at all!!! It's about 2 guys who met and decided to play golf for goodness sakes. As for the idiots who don't support OUR (all of our) President Obama- shame on you!!! Bush screwed up this country AND our worldwide credibility. If you are too ignorant, stubborn, or just plain stuck on stupid to recognize that- you are just uneducated and plain idiotic! It's past time for change and thank God we now have someone who can identify with all of us and is TRYING to go something to prove it!

Aug 27th 2007 12:42PM While I don't support nor like what Vick has done..what I hate even worse is JUDGEMENTAL PEOPLE who have or probably will do worse things themselves at some point in their lives. It's sad to see how badly judgemental Americans have become. Remember people "Judge not LEST YOU BE JUDGED." Your day will come if you don't show compassion..believe it!!!

Aug 26th 2007 11:18AM Now, I am ALL for a man taking care of his children (I take damn good care of my 2). However, WOMEN- why would you lie down with a man who has 9 children with 9 different women and supposedly he is not taking care of any of them??? Just a thought, but now WHO really is the CRAZY one??? Word to the wise for all "IF A MAN OR WOMAN (have to include women these days 'cause some are not any better than men) will not take care of his children- which are a part of him..WHAT MAKES YOU THINK that he will take care of you or your child(ren) with him???? Call me crazy but can anyone say "golddiggers" 3 times or just plain stupid???

Jun 5th 2006 9:45PM Wow, what a shame! Interesting dialogue, but it saddens me. How can anyone condemn someone else for spending THEIR hard-earned money. IT'S THEIRS to spend as they please!!!! GET OVER IT!!! Oprah is not the only rich person in this country. Now, for those of you (who claim to be educated but your comments do not reflect it)if you have TRULY looked at Oprah's life- you'd know things did not come easily for her. Yet, despite the fact that she has arrived, she still gives back. There is nothing wrong with giving back- we should all be so generous! Lastly, some of the comments on Oprah are just PURE HATEFUL and for those who wrote them, you should check yourself!!! No one wants to be around jealous and vengeful people- I would guess that your lives probably reflect such- but only YOU really know this. Just something to think about. I say "GO OPRAH!!! GO BILL GATES!!!! GO MARTHA STEWART!!!" If you've worked and made it- continue to be an inspiration to us all- you are not perfect- you are human just as we all are!!!
