Feb 13th 2008 6:36PM That is, until you read this article on Noka: http://www.dallasfood.org/modules.php?name=News&file=article&sid=78 and find that it's made from Chocolat Bonnat with a 1,300% markup from retail. While it's made from excellent chocolate, the markup is massive.
