My cousin lost her battle with type 1 diabetes when she was just 25 years old. It's a tough disease and he has done well with handling it. He's strong and, for his children's sake, I pray he can handle this illness as well.

Don't be brainwashed into spending money on things that you don't need or buying gifts for people that don't need what you buy. Donate your money to St. Judes or some worthy charity and everyone will be better off.

Sep 25th 2008 1:59PM Washington is so far out of touch with the real world. It would take my family 2 1/2 months to pay off our share of the bail out....that is if we don't pay our mortgage, buy food, pay our utilities or basically live for that time. It makes me sick. They have no clue what a realistic salary and monthly living expenses are, and my family lives very frugally.

Aug 7th 2008 11:44PM John McCain is more an American citizen than most of us. He went above and beyond the call of duty. That being said, I don't agree with a lot of things he says, but certainly more than with what Obama says. McCain will get my vote.
