California Law Bans Landlords From Requiring Declawed, 'Devoiced' Pets {AOL Real Estate}
Sep 30th 2012 11:43AM This law is a bad law...it will stop people from adopting animals. I for one wouldn't own a cat with out declawing them. My cats are indoor cats and I just don't want my furniture being ruined..clawing posts don't work very well. I don't have tons of money to keep replacing my furniture. BUT I do love cats they are a wonderful animal. Dogs also, but lets face it some are barkers. Years ago (about 30) I had a dog that would bark at EVERYTHING, she didn't last; I had to get rid of her...that's before I knew they had such a thing to silence her bark...not to sure if they had it back then though. I would have kept her if I knew about this back then.
Turtles, Snakes Among Dozens of Exotic Animals Found in Abandoned Home in Portsmouth, Va. {AOL Real Estate}
Sep 23rd 2012 5:36PM Aw those poor animals...I don't like snakes but I wouldn't do them any harm, I'd just avod them. Why do people get these weird pets and then leave them to suffer like that?? That is just evil.
Don't Let Dead Animals Kill Your Home Sale (Listing Fails) {AOL Real Estate}
Aug 19th 2012 12:18PM I am a meat eater and I love my veggies too. BUT I am an animal lover. I could NEVR live in a home with all of those dead animals hanging there looking at me, I wouldn't feel confortable even visiting a home like them. My mother had a cousin who was a taxidermist, as a child I use to HATE going to visit him, he had all of these creepy dead animals on the walls and standing and siting, it gave me nightmares every time we had to go visit.
Foolish Mistakes That Destroyed Their Homes {AOL Real Estate}
Jul 15th 2012 12:28PM I use the good old Vacuum to get rid of those nasty spiders, and other bugs. I hate it when some nasty bug finds it's way into my house and scares the "hell" out of me. The other day I got a delivery, it came in a cardbord box, I was ready to take the contence out when I saw a HUGE bug, it looked like a roach to me. I threw that box out of the house so fast it's amazing the contence didn't fall out. It stayed out side until hubby came home, and he said that the big was dead tough. He didn't know what kind it was, never saw a bug like that befor. But the vacuum works well for me!
Couple Tears Down $4.2 Million Manse for a Better View {AOL Real Estate}
Jun 27th 2012 9:16AM Such a waist of money. There are people out here with little to no money and they do this. I'm sorry but to me this is such a waste of money. My husband and I work our butts off to provide for our handicapped son so he can live a comfortable life with most of what a young person could want, and we went DEEP into debt for a handicapped van so we can get him out and about and to and from his doctors. Does it sound like we have no life, yes we have no life, there's nothing left to go places, we have never been able to go on a vacation ever, there's just never any money left over. So I'm sorry if I don't agree with this artical, boy could I ever use a small amount of that money.
Reclusive Heiress Leaves Behind 5 Homes Worth $180 Million {AOL Real Estate}
Mar 9th 2012 8:25PM It's a sham that some one SO rich seemed to die alone, mostly because she didn't trust anyone, such a pitty. She could have left pieces of her holdings to family members, she certanly had more than enough to go around and still have plenty left over for her favorite charities. It sounds as though she didn't have a good advisor in her latter years. Such a shame.
98-Year-Old's Birthday Surprise: Eviction Notice From Her Son {AOL Real Estate}
Feb 17th 2012 7:31PM That poor woman has a real jerk for a son. He even stole 1/2 of the house from his younger brother. At 98 he couldn't waite a couple more years for her to die in her OWN home?? You just don't do that to your parent, he's an awful person, not even he's an animal.
