May 25th 2010 7:16PM libbsfinder I dont believe that it is the first time that it has happened but I do believe that it is the first time that a party to the possible crime made the accusation with this administration. It would be an impeachable offense if it can be proven as it is a felony. The problem is if it were to happen we would then have biden as president and peloser as vice president. I have to remind Admiral Sestack that he lived up to a certain code as a member of the military. When he left the ranks he did not leave that oath to uphold that code behind. If he participates in the cover up of the matter his actions would be considered dishonorable which would speak volumes about his character.
