Feb 19th 2008 7:21AM Things like this mostly happen in the U.S. where more minoritys are hired as police. Thier education and family back round is usually somewhat suspect, but never the less they are given positions of authority.
This is when they usually contract what I call the "Little Napolean" syndrome. It's kind of like the old man at the dump who feels empowered, because he can tell the wealthier, more educated people where to dump thier garbage.
