Sep 4th 2009 10:17AM Hey, I also heard that Jimi Hendrix was spotted in Greece jamming with Michael. COME ON - it's so very sad, but Michael is gone. I'm sure most of us saw the awful photo of him in the ambulance on the cover of that one tabloid rag. I'm glad he's finally going to be buried. His whole family needs closure. I know what it's like for things like this to drag on - my m.i.l.planned for her funeral stuff to drag on for only one week and I felt drained after only the 2nd day. I'm very sad that we will never again hear his hugely talented voice singing new songs and entertaining us with new dance moves. I miss him for his gentle, loving, kind spirit, though, most of all. That's something that is really rare nowadays. I hope he's in Heaven with Jesus now. In the Bible it says we'll recognize EVERYONE in Heaven. I plan on going there someday and I would love to meet his wonderfully kind spirit.

If you don't eat meat you're not getting any complete proteins. And, no, soybeans are not a complete protein.

You're sitting there on the toilet crapping you're brains out, in your own peaceful deaf world, when all of a sudden, the door bursts open, police surround you, taser you, (all the while, your pants are down around your ankles), grab you off the pot with no reason given. Geesh, I feel so sorry for the man.

I think it's fine for Obama to continue the tradition of having a wreath laid on Confederate graves in addition to Union. Criminy, that's how it all got started way back when that southern ladies group started it. They saw the terrible condition of the Union graves and cleaned them up and put flowers on them. Because each one of those dead soldiers represented a life lost and a mother's grief, a wife's sorrow, a whole family who lost a loved one. That's why ANYONE who fought for this country in any way deserves to be honored greatly on this day.

Feb 20th 2008 7:42PM One of the best anti=aging treatments I've ever used is plain cod liver oil every day. A nice big dose. It's great for your heart and it keeps the wrinkles away by moisturizing from the inside out. The orange flavored kind isn't so bad.

Dec 12th 2007 10:19AM Exactly how much money did "Do They Know..." raise for starving children? I don't know, but that one line "Thank God it's them instead of you" spoiled the whole song. I'm grateful that God has blessed me so richly but I don't thank anyone for starving people. That's the work of Satan.

Dec 12th 2007 10:16AM I don't know about anyone else, but I absolutely HATED the "Dear Mr. Jesus" song that was out at Christmastime several years ago. ('91?) Sung pathetically by a little girl who said "my mommy beats me too" OMIGOSH! When you think of Christmas music, you think of happy songs. Also, Red Shoes For Chirstmas. Puuuuhlleeeeze! "Grandma Got Run Over..." is joyous compared to these. Personally, I LOVE Josh Groban's new Christmas album!!!!!!!11
