Mar 20th 2012 6:06PM WE owned a home in Naples Fl that had a HOA. Never again. The "condo commandos' are a bunch of power hungry fools. They spend your money like no tomorrow and sue you at the drop of a hat yet hire illegals to do the grounds keeping . They hated kids and made life unbearable for those that had them. The residents are a pack of old retired grouches. They get up have a bloody marry with the rest of the retired old drunks go in and nap get up meet for lunch and more booze take a nap and then of course the bbq they have in the common area and of course more booze . The ambulance was there once a week from the old drunks falling down. They are the people that make up the HOA. They changed the pool hours to co incide with their sleep it off naps. So the kids cannot have an afternoon swim . They replaced ALL of roofs because one of the HOA's member put up a direcct tv satilite that made a hole in their roof so it cost each of us 25k for new roofs and I had ours inspected and we did not need a new roof.
If you are dumb enough to buy into any place that has a HOA you need to get a lobotomy. Those people are nothing but thieves and dictators and drunks. They should be called the Home owners Aholes.

At xmas time I put a hook in the ceiling above the tree and use fish twine to connect the two,my tree never falls down and ,my cats are allowed to climb it all they want.They do not hurt the tree. They bat the non glass bulbs and move the gifts around under the tree so they can lay there and not be seen. My cats have all played with the garland and have never had one eat it yet.In door cats never get the chance to smell the pine from trees until xmas time and they go nuts over it. They love the lights and at night when I shut off all the lamps and just leave the tree lights on they all find a spot under the tree and lay down. They love a fresh xmas tree and I make sure that every year they get one.

Dec 16th 2011 8:19PM this is what you get when you buy anywhere wih a HOA. They nothing but a bunch of dictators. I would never ever live thru that nightmare again. Once you are in their clutches you are cooked.. read their rules before you buy because they will make them upn as they go. Charge you for a new roof when you dont need one . Pay for golf courses you don;t use and cannot use the pool after dark when it 110 outsode. Do yourself a favor and go buy a home that is on your own land and leave those aholes who think they are a God ruin someone elses life.

Dec 1st 2011 3:38PM Sorry but these are exactly the same symptoms I had before my heart attacks. Not every one gets chest pains. These symptoms are more like a womans ,men usually have chest pain/ She can try to sue and may even get to court but inless that autopsy says that food killed him? NWIH is she going to win. The Airline people have plenty to do without cjecking people for illness. If her husband was that sick she should have told someone or called an ambulance for goodness sakes.
