Let's just say the quality of care varies depending on the facility. Fortunately, it sounds like you work for a reputable daycare, but they're NOT all like that. All the more reason for parents to really do their research before placing their child in someone else's care. Parents - Make surprise visits to the Center every now and then too. It keeps them on their toes!
