Aug 30th 2012 11:59PM It's interesting that the delinquency rate doesn't necessarily follow the negative equity percentage. Detroit has such a high negative equity percentage and only a 5.4% delinquency rate whereas Seattle has one of the lowest of the 12 states listed and has a delinquency rate of 10.3%.

Mar 3rd 2012 12:24AM Right--and Mr. Lawyer--tell us. How long would it have taken to get them out doing it your way? Explain that one!! 90 days? Or more?
Mar 3rd 2012 12:20AM How do you figure?? This guy owns the house and is making payments on the house and these squatters sit in it and live for free. A property owner should have the right to remove people who won't move out of a property. They squat in the house while "negotiating rent" and the guy is stuck with the property payment. Unless you have been there then don't speak.
Jan 19th 2012 8:48PM We found a trunk in the attic of our log cabin and the trunk held a deteriorated college baseball uniform covered in blood. The uniform was very old and was an item my great grandmother had held on to. When she forbid her youngest son to marry the girl he was in love with he committed suicide. Her regret was overwhelming and she never parted with his clothing that he was wearing that day. They had been in the attic for decades. I have letters and notes from the time, that filled in the story. No murder. Just a sad story. May be the same deal here.
