May 10th 2006 4:49AM LOL ... the last time they did this we learned is was a political / insurance company / speeding ticket scam .... it isn't bad enough to have to endure the injury of gas prices ... they make life worse by slowing us down if the traffic ever subsides ... or punishing us if we drive a normal speed .... just vote them out - and keep voting them out until they get our message to them
