Aug 21st 2008 5:49PM The difference is that this is a condo, and most of the other "best" apartments in NYC right now are coops..like The Pierre, and both apartments for sale at 740 Park right now, and basically 99% of the best buildings along Fifth and Park. The reason they stay for sale for so long is the coop boards. They can veto whomever for whatever.
