May 9th 2007 4:39AM I no longer listen to "talk radio" or any of the above mentioned "so called celebrities". I will not listen to someone who complains about men who are unemployed and soaking up the unemployment benefits to avoid child support when they themselves did the very same thing. Yes, Rush did this. I remember him complaining about drug adicts in America, and how they should all be put on a boat and sent to a remote island somewhere and forgotten.
I believe radio hosts, tv hosts, rappers, anyone in the public should take their jobs very seriously and stop to think before speaking. Rap music that glorifies cop killing, wife beating, rape, etc. should not be played on the airwaves. I am not saying we should take their freedoms away, I think adults who enjoy this should be able to buy it. This is America. I do stand against children listening to this and believing their "rap heroes" are right in condoning this behavior.
I don't believe that Don Imus was fired for what he said on the air. He was fired when his sponsors refused to air their products on his show. Once again, the mighty dollar speaks for it's own justice. J. Ross

Mar 3rd 2007 9:44AM Ok People let's all take deep breath. The show is called the View. If all the women were removed and replaced with men it would be Meet The Press. Meet The Press is on Sunday mornings, one day a week with very rich men who don't have to worry about womens issues. Women do have a voice, and the View is the first to make it on tv. If we tell these women not to talk about politics and important issues of the day we are looking at a ladies chat from 1955. Please, no more jello recipes, I like having a brain and an opinion. Feb 13th 2007 9:34AM Thank you Rosie for saying what many people were thinking. I saw Anna Nicole on that awards show and I was shocked that they let her near a camera. She was clearly intoxicated from something. I remember thinking to myself that I hoped she wouldn't be another Marilyn Monroe. When her son died it scared me to think how she could go on even with a new baby.
This is America, people have opinions and are allowed to say them no matter the content. We can agree or disagree with the person, but the name calling is just vulgar and crude. In my opinion it is the behavior of children, and adults should be the example to show children how to respect others despite their opinions.

Aug 21st 2006 9:12AM This has nothing to do with Madonna's talent. She and her children have been threatened by someone outside of our country. I would take this much more seriously than she and her husband. When she started her career in the 80's it was a much safer time to make a comment on religion. With all that has happened since 9/11 anyone would be foolish not to take these matters most seriously. Madonna and her marketing team should come up with some different themes for her show if she wants to travel outside the US. Now is not the time to use your anger against religion to make money, no matter where you live.

I would not believe Cher was having hard times, she and Sonny worked together to build their financial stability. Now she is doing it herself, do you realize how much she makes on one concert? I could retire on it! I have always admired her not only for her talent, but she has a great mind for business along with a style that is only Cher. Gray hair? No Way....she is gorgeous just the way she is. I wish her the best, and I hope we get to see what she is selling as well as the new look in her house!
'The Sopranos' will not be premiering in January {AOL TV}
Jul 13th 2006 11:12AM I have enjoyed all the seasons of the Sopranos. Great acting by the cast, and a script that is more in tune with real life is worth watching. Tony Soprano is a mob leader for this day and age, not from the old school. That's what makes this show original, mob life shown from the inside of the family as well as Tony's mind. If James Gandolfini needs surgery, I can wait a few more months. I wish him well, with a speedy recovery. Wish I could send him a "gabba goo" sandwich or a baked ziti. Good luck James!
