Aug 13th 2008 2:58PM As a hiring manager for a fortune 500 company this does not shock me at all.The dregs that walk into a business that is willing to give them a job would be an eye opener for all.No concept that I will require you to be here for your shift and also be here on time!They look at you like your an alien when you inform them that calling in sick once a week isn't normal!They want to know why they can't have drinks on the sales floor.They want to know why they can't chew gum.They want to know why they can't have cell phones while working.They can't go 15 minutes without talking to a friend or parent.After all this they will come to you and ask for a raise!!!The youth of this country have been corrupted and utterly failed by their parents,education and political correctness run amuck.The world is not a place for warm fuzzy feelings all day,every day for the rest of your life!What a shocking reality they all have waiting for them .....
