Nov 28th 2007 9:40AM i don't think you can call him the world's most expensive artist anymore. the sale of the diamond skull is dubious at best and shouldn't count. after the recent auctions, koons is now widely regarded as the most expensive living artist at auction.

Oct 30th 2007 1:40PM saw this place a couple of weeks ago when they were putting down the fresh paint. Its almost ground level and reads from the street like an empty store or reception hall. I would say the price is little high considering the layout.
