If you think one team beating another by more than forty points is an embarrassment to the sanctity of the game, institute a rule that says "when one team is up by 35 points, we call the game and declare them the winner." They do that in kids' baseball, so little boys don't get their feelings hurt by the team that just hit puberty.
I'm not a fan of any team, or much sports in general, just cliked on the link to see why a player was chiding a coach fror having no class, and instead I read a story about someone getting their ass handed to them and complaining about they way it was done. Play better football, keep the score closer.
Like I said, not a huge sports fan, but even I understand that if you can't keep the other team from scoring, it isn't the other team's coach's fault because he lacks class.
