Whether he's re-elected or not, he's the PoTUS right now. Those that we've trusted since 1789 to run our elections have deemed him worthy of the office. These few idiots (I include anyone in the Tea Party movement) are out to destroy this country based on their real and imagined prejudices.
I do hope this country can whether the storm of those that hate their country so much they'd rather see it die than work to make it better.

Nov 1st 2009 6:52AM There are a lot of reasons shows are not syndicated later. However, how many variety shows (Ed Sullivan, Sonny and Cher, The Smother's Brothers, Carol Burnett to name a few) do you see on Nick or any of the other vintage channels? It could easily have to do with getting the rights to all of the performers.
Finally, my list would put Lucy #1, Honeymooners #2 and anything else that followed would be on an altogether different, albeit lower, level.

Jul 14th 2006 8:03PM President Teddy Roosevelt said it would be a seditious act to not criticize the President if one thought he was doing a bad job. Although I'm paraphrasing Mr. Roosevelt, he said the office of President makes it imperative he be held to a higher standard.
Being critical of the President and his policies does not mean one is automatically not supporting the troops. And yes, it's true, the Nazi party started with blind faith in someone.
The sensationalistic right has devalued the standards this great country was founded upon: the right to disagree.
