Traffic Jams Are Caused by Defensive Drivers {Asylum}
Sep 21st 2010 3:02PM I have to admit that I drive "quickly", but I never squeeze in where there isn't room and I hate the "timid" driver or the ones who's car is too big for them to handle. But my biggest peeve is CELL PHONES and the inattention that they bring. That driver is more dangerous than either quick or timid!
Moviefone Minute: 'Takers' Premiere {Moviefone Blog}
Aug 8th 2010 2:21AM Good lord man, proof read what you write..... if you did that and it still came out like this, go back to school. Fourth grade will be easier the second, third and forth times around.
Far-Flung Friday: Grab Your Sunglasses {Shelterpop}
Jul 31st 2010 9:42PM I have to agree with PMLara on this one..... fine in a hotel, but won't wear well in a home. But more than that, did you notice in the kitchen pictures that there is cabinet space open for a microwave, but not one there. The first pic even has a mirror backsplash under where the microwave should be, but nothing where it would be behind it.... instead it is sitting on the counter. Hotel, Shmotel....

Tough California Law Targets 'Babies' {Moviefone Blog}
May 10th 2010 8:40AM Apparently many of you missed the part where it says "that is the contention of the ASSOCIATED PRESS". The California Labor Law is obviously in relation to film sets, hot lights, lots of people etc. It is for their well being, so how can anyone bad mouth that intent?

Apr 27th 2010 9:01PM On the subject of office pranks..... Years ago I worked for Montgomery Wards. At the time, one of our Merchandise Managers was getting married and he and his bride to be aggreed to not have pre-wedding parties. So two days before the wedding some of us took the liberty of "redecorating" his office, into the very best bordello that we could with the merchandise we had. We even had the legs of a manekin coming out from under his desk....Very pre-Monica..... anyway, he came in for his last day before the wedding/honeymoon and just about went hysterical that we had done this to him, but after the initial shock wore off.... he laughed!
Report: Analyst claims Chrysler may not be able to survive in current form {Autoblog}
Apr 18th 2010 4:42AM I thought Chrysler might have a chance with Benz engineering and backing, but...... FIAT?
Fix It Again Tony>>>FIAT? I had a Fiat X1/9 back in the mid 70's, loved driving the car, hated the all too regular repairs on things that just shouldn't happen ie: the coolant line broke behind the glovebox and drained into the passenger foot space, the trunk release "cable" broke inside the rear wheel well while on vacation ( do you know how difficult it is to find a Fiat dealer in Nebraska?), and the front tires always wore irregularily no matter how many times they were aligned. I had it for 3 years.... lots of fun and lots of headaches. GOOD LUCK CHRYSLER, after all FIAT/LANCIA/ALFA ROMEO have all failed here!
Chew and save with gum's other uses {WalletPop}
Apr 16th 2010 2:22PM I have seen where some of the gardening blogs say that Juicy Fruit tucked into a gopher hole will attract the gopher and kill it when they chew it and it gets stuck in their throats....... haven't tried it, since I don't have gophers.
Happy Birthday - What Can I Get You Folks? {Slashfood}
Mar 22nd 2010 8:40AM My favorite birthday song is from Hof's Hut in SoCal....... "This is your birthday song, it isn't very long". It always makes me smile. My least favorite is: "Hapy Beartday to jou", as sung in any mexican restaurant. I would rather they sing it in spanish, that I would recognize the tune and not the words than to butcher it in english, to the same end!
