They are called SmartSole anti-cellulite insoles http://www.smartsole.com They tone muscles and help with circulation and cause you to burn more calories with every step. Nov 24th 2007 4:48PM Fitflops are great, but you can't wear them in the winter. I got smartsole exercise insoles and they do the same thing. You insert them in sneakers or walking shoes and they tone muscles and help you to burn more calories while just walking around. If you wear them while working out, it is a double bonus. I recently discovered Smartsole insoles which have the same negative heel positive arch and wear them all the time. Oct 30th 2007 5:13PM I know how to diet just like most women. The problem is staying motivated. I recently discovered Zylene. It has been blogged about and posted a lot. It kills my cravings and it upped my metabolism. I found that I no longer craved my afternoon 3:30 snack of cheese which was killing me. I have finally lost that last 10 pounds that was plaguing me.
