Oct 9th 2007 11:29AM I feel that attacking one another regarding this isn't what Christ would want at all. I am a Christian, and VERY proud of it. I find this advertisment very offensive. Does that mean that I think all Jews are bad? NO! Jesus was a Jew. Does it mean that I think those who like this ad are all idiots and terrible human beings? NO! Do I think it's another of Satan's plans to make us Christians look like unloving freaks who will lash out an anyone who has a differing view than me? ABSOLUTELY! Do I think it's wrong to use Christ in any way that is not holy? YOU BET! I think it wrong and I think I would let Christ down if I didn't stand up for what I believe and for the One who gave His life for me. That's what the real issue is here. Not tearing each other apart for argument's sake. If a friend of your's litterally chose to give up his life to save you, would you want his image used to sell anything at all, much less something that can cause addiction or even death if abbused? Certainly not! Well, my Freind, Jesus did such a thing..and I want to treat Him with the honor and respect her deserves. I hope others can understand that.
