Although it would be a good idea because the AT&T & Apple activation servers are sure to overload and crash. I can already see the TUAW Headline. Activation Servers Crash due to High Volumes of Traffic. This happens every year with a new release. I'd say I'm 99.146% sure everyone will have to wait until Thursday to unbox their new iphones. OH by the way mine is due to arrive Thursday calmly waiting for me to pick it up. Good luck everyone

Jun 21st 2010 11:40PM After several attempts to update the firmware I finally was able too. I think the server traffic was high during my first attempts. Not only was I able to update but I also got my email notice from AT&T that my new iphone had been shipped. Woot!

Jun 15th 2010 9:40PM I walked in AT&T Corp Store in my neighborhood and preOrdered mine but the guy that did the key banging didn't seem to know much about when I'd actually get the phone. First he said they would ship it to my place then he said they were going to ship it to the AT&T store. Then he wouldn't give me a time or date for the arrival. OH well guess I'll have to wait and see.

Apr 27th 2010 9:25AM That guy looked to be a lil plump in weight himself. No way the A/C was on. I think he was doing the spin outs on purpose but thats a bad idea for those tires. Going to get flat spots. Also the editing of this video was weird notice everytime he comes back to get the time card he is no longer in the fire suit. oh well still a great car.
