Jul 3rd 2008 12:43AM Well this article truly shows only one side. For my Women's Studies & Women's Health Issues classes I did projects on both sides. A great book on this is "The Wall Between Women." There are so many reasons parents work or stay at home that no discussion will ever resolve everyone's issues and give peace. Success is measured in so many different ways. I will be blessed to take care of my household and not have to work when I have children. But, the economy is different now and many couples are working their butts off just to survive. Whether women work or not is not always a choice.

Dec 4th 2007 2:55PM A lot of older homes in my area have 2 kitchens often for renting out separately with a bedroom & a separate entrance & are then just blocked off from the rest of the house because the demand for housing is up and homes are expensive here on the Central Coast of California. Multiple story homes also have 2 kitchens in Northern California in older homes. Not just for rich people & newer homes...
