Top 10: More Signs You've Been Single Too Long {Personal Articles}

Aug 14th 2009 9:22PM Very ineresting: The writer of the article says that a man that is "single too long" might have to be--horror of horrors--CEILIBATE. Once upon a time celibacy before marriage was honored and desired among 99% of the population. Not now. It's a negative if you aren't committing fornication at every opportunity. Sad. God thinks it's sad (and wrong), too, and warns us that fornication leads to exclusion from heaven and being with Him after death (1 Corinthians 6:9) UNLESS the person repents, asks forgiveness and STOPS fornicating. Not my opinion; God's wisdom for thousands of years. Don't attack me for saying these things; it is GOD who says them. (I am just repeating them to those who may not realize what He expects from us.)

Dick Cheney Warns GOP Against Moderation {Politics Daily}

May 8th 2009 2:29PM Republicans hold onto God's viewpoint more than Democrats, and this is not the first time in history that God's ways have been scorned. Jesus was crucified although he was completely innocent of any wrong-doing. Any party that brags about standing up for homosexuality, abortion, etc., is going to meet its Waterloo, most likely after untold damage has been done to the country, its morals and its people. The Republicans are at least TRYING to uphold Scriptural values DESPITE the persecution and loss of numbers in their ranks. Remember: The majority is not always right. What percentage of people fornicate? Use drugs? Approve of pornography? Etc.?

What could possibly be too racy for the Super Bowl? A Website for cheaters {WalletPop}

Jan 16th 2009 9:12AM I, too, agree that it is about time that someone stood up for morals and decency. However, I might add that fornication is just as bad as adultery. Shouldn't we draw a line in the sand on that subject also . . . that it is NOT OK to have sexual intimacy except as husband and wife?

25 Rules of Tech Etiquette {Switched}

Jan 9th 2009 9:52AM I agree with all of the things pointed out in this article about e-mail etiquette. What I don't understand--however--is how people can be concerned about playing by the "rules" on the Internet but be totally UNconcerned about playing by the rules on the highway. My bet is that 90% of the people who care about this e-mail etiquette drive above the speed limit, roll though stop signs and red lights, tailgate, drive on the shoulder, cross double yellows, cut through private property to avoid red lights, etc. Ironic that people can have sort of a "split morality" in their lives. Why not play by the rules in EVERY aspect of one's life (including being chaste until marriage, avoiding filthy language and pornography, avoiding divorce, etc.)? Doing otherwise is hypocritical and dishonest.

Korean Actress Faced Jail Term for Affair {Lemondrop}

Dec 19th 2008 3:36PM Adultery . . . and fornication, homosexual acts/sodomy and sexual intimacy with animals . . . are ALL crimes against God and His law (Old and New Testament times), so it seems reasonable that at least one country on earth still understands that. Even Jesus taught on adultery in the Sermon on the Mount (Matthew chapter 5). Anyone can be forgiven by God for any of the above terrible sins (yes, God and Jesus both talk about "greater" sins and abominations); all they have to do is confess the sin, ask forgiveness, be baptized into Christ and change their ways (repent: resolve not to do the sin again). It's all a matter of choosing righteousness and employing self-control, a fruit of the Spirit. God loves everyone, but He hates sin and wants us to change . . . to "walk in the Light."

Too much sex hurts Abercrombie & Fitch (ANF) {BloggingStocks}

Nov 12th 2008 10:05AM I agree totally about the low moral values. When will people get their minds out of the gutter and realize that sexual pleasures are to be for a husband and wife ONLY, behind closed doors? They're not supposed to innundate every aspect of our lives, always in our faces!

Dropping the F-bomb on Sesame Street? {ParentDish}

Nov 7th 2008 3:30PM You know, the FCC won't care one way or the other what I want on TV . . . but I have been disgusted with the language and behavior on TV for a long time now. That's why I don't watch it any more (just old shows on DVD that I have bought). Even though I don't watch, I STILL think that this country needs to return to and embrace DECENCY. There is no need for filthiness in speech or behavior on TV, in the movies, on the radio, in songs, on the Internet, etc. The sooner we all agree on that point, the faster we will return to the Americans that we once were and the ones our founding fathers would be pleased with. I am so happy to see that the majority of the poll respondents agree with me that filthy language (condemned in the Bible, by the way) is disgusting and crude.

More Women Seeking "No Strings" Sex {Lemondrop}

Nov 4th 2008 4:22PM One woman in this post asked why she should do without sexual intimacy just because the right guy hasn't come along. I have an answer for her: God says that fornication is wickedness in many places in the Bible. 1 Corinthians 6:9 even goes so far to say that homosexuals, adulterers and fornicators will not inherit the kingdom of God (look up the verse for yourselves). Elsewhere in the Scriptures God says that He will forgive and therefore NOT condemn those eternally who 1) confess their sin, 2) be truly sorry about it, 3) be baptized into Christ and 4) resolve not to repeat the sin (i.e. stop doing it). So, if many of you out there are fornicating all the time, you CAN be spared God's eventual punishment, but you must stop doing it (as listed above). IT'S WRONG and a slap in God's face, who created sexual intimacy as a blessing for husband and wife ONLY. There still are a few adult men and women out here in the USA who keep themselves pure until marriage, simply because they believe in God's word and do their best to live by it. If they do not marry, they remain virginal. I know you don't believe it, but it is true.

NFL Fines Ryan Clark $5K for Honoring Sean Taylor, Violating Uniform Dress Code {Fanhouse NFL Blog}

Oct 31st 2008 9:19AM Of course it's a "minor" violation, but what some of you are missing is that the rules must be enforced strictly, or every player will have the incentive to do whatever he pleases to bend or stretch (or ignore) the rules. Maybe a player's favorite color is green, so he paints a very thin green line on his helmet; or perhaps another man decides to put his nickname--which turns out to be vulgar, for example--in small print below his jersey name. I mean, aren't THESE just little things, too? Yes, and if you are fair about it, you can see that it would lead to DISuniformity. Really, why do you think they call them "uniforms?"

Elizabeth Dole's Symptoms {Politics Daily}

Oct 30th 2008 4:02PM I think America should stand up for God or officially deny Him. Our country was founded on religious principles, and to this day our currency says, "In God We Trust." Do we? Let's come together and reaffirm that God's ways are right and just . . . or let's completely turn our back on Him and suffer the consequences (as did the world in Noah's time). We cannot continue to say that we are a Christian nation while embracing ways that are against what God says in the Bible . . . that homosexuality is an "abomination," abortion IS murder, pornography is lewdness, cohabitation/fornication dishonors God's blessing of the marital union, etc. On which side do YOU stand: God's side or the world's/the devil's? You can't straddle the fence; you MUST choose sides (Jesus even said so; read Matthew, Mark, Luke and John). Submitted respectfully.
