Then lets just cosume the ugly critters...If horse meat was available in US, I would certainly buy it, as I did when living in Europe...Its delicious meat, lean and not tough at all, as I've seen written above...What's gross is all that greasy bacon americans consume along with other lethal artery-clogging fats..
