Nov 22nd 2010 2:14PM if it's bottled, packaged, wrapped in a factory, and or has more than two colors on the packaging or label, it is not good. and whoever said that organic means good? the best diet is one that has nothing factory made. it's ironic that the worst food out there is labeled "healthy choice" or "diet". buy it as near to its original state as you can, whether it walked, ran, swam, flied or just grew out of the ground.
