Actually, a very, very cool pad. But Montreal? In winter? Not the best time to try to sell!! Brrrrrrrrrr!!!!
Oct 11th 2009 5:33AM Arseneau .... you may want to check you outsized ego at the door, and just rejoice in the fact that our current President knows how to spell Edgar Degas' name, knows from whence he came, appreciate real art when he sees it, and isn't calling the Frenchman's work "Freedom Dancers" (or some equally lame and ludicrous BS).
Sep 6th 2009 1:53AM OKAY, a nuclear radiation-themed bedroom is NOT "warm and inviting" !!!! It is a little scary! Moreover, who would pay $1 million + IN THAT NEIGHBORHOOD??? Answer: nobody!!! This is a classic example of over-remodeling a home right out of the price ranger of the area in which is was built.
Can you say, "Hello, bankruptcy court!!!"
Sep 4th 2009 10:30PM No. what Perkins actually said was that it cost more than $150 million, but less than $300 million. He would not specify what or where within that range the actual figure was.
Jul 23rd 2009 1:44AM this author is an effing jackass with a clearly displayed agenda of his own. enuff said
Dec 10th 2008 11:35PM Yeah, whoever decided these were "creepy" needs to get a life. These were hysterical -- especially mommy santa and her reindeer thingy ....
Oct 5th 2007 11:29AM Are you kidding me? You have just named the 10 best tasting foods known to man. Oh sure, go kid yourself that the organic, semi-tasteless cardboard tofu-whatever that you heat is "just as yummy" (pulease). Fine, you be healthy. I'll be happy. In the end everybody dies, only some of us really enjoy life.
Apr 16th 2006 9:02AM What is wrong with YOU Jimbo?? Your stunning ignorance of social, cultrual and religious history is quite frightening. Christianity is (like all monotheistic faiths) an arrogant, absusive and bullying religion, unable to withstand close scrutiny or sustained criticism. Yet the First Amendment gives you and me both the right to believe as we will, and the right to express our views as we will. I can critic and poke fun as I please, and if you don't like it you have the right to respond in kind. You don't have the right to make me stop. That is the bedrock and cornerstone of our morality as a people, as a nation. Kids are screwed up today because both the religious-conservative-right and politically-correct liberal left have systematically chipped away at the core values that made America great, and replaced it with an "us vs. them" ethic, where everyone is out to protect their own views by silencing others, much as you wan't to, Jimbo. It is, in fact, you that needs to grow up.
