Dec 8th 2010 10:18PM This kid is almost a year old. Did they speak to it yet? I think this is a bunch of hogwash. Crooning to a newborn and telling it how much you love it is good for the mother and good for the baby. It comes into the world hearing loving words and feeling caresses. Now that can affect it's future life positively. It must be scarey for the baby to be born. To speak reassuringly to it and cuddle it against you is natural and loving. . How cruel to not speak to your precious newborn. But then, Ron Hubbard was a sci-fi writer, so what did he know about babies.

Oct 7th 2009 11:47PM I do believe that the President does have a prejudice toward white people, even though he is as much white as black. His grandmother, he said, was a "Typical white person" who would "Cross the street if she saw a black man." That is a racist statement. What would happen if a white person described President Obama as a "Typical black person?" They would be tarred and feathered by the media. I think the President should be ashamed of saying that about his grandmother who raised and nurtured him. His African father abandoned him and his mother was off pursuing her romantic interests much of the time. He was returned to his grandmother by his mother who lived in Indonesia and had married an Indonesian Moslem.
Yes, he hates white people. He should actually resent his black father who abandoned him and had several wives in Africa. He should love and cherish the memory of his white grandmother rather than insult her memory.

Sep 17th 2009 9:15PM I knew Wolf Blitzer was dumb as a brick, but I didn't know how dumb. I've never seen anyone ending up so deep in the hole. Anyway, it's always the same with the celebrities. They dumb down the questions and most celebs still don't know the answers. I wish they'd just drop the celeb shows. Once a month is too often to see them embarrass themselves.

Jul 2nd 2009 9:15PM Yes, divorce is sometimes justified. What isn't justified is cheating on your spouse. Just be honest. Say, "Look, I don't think this is working or will ever work. I'd like work out a fair divorce." Or something like that. To pretend to be in a marriage but be prowling elsewhere is dishonest. Mark Sanford obviously is mentally ill. He needs to shut up and his wife needs to commit him to a mental hospital.

Jun 4th 2007 10:54PM This is just hilarious. Liberals are so afraid of the one cable channel which presents the conservative point of view that they feel it must be wiped out immediately. That indicates to me that liberals are less than secure in their beliefs and they don't want any "Inconvenient Truth" like maybe the facts disturbing their little world. If I were an insecure liberal I'd be wondering if I were wrong in my liberal thinking all along and would appreciate the opportunity to learn a bit about other political opinions.
As for the PI lawyer, only an idiot would not know that any form of TB is contagious and that being in close contact with others for a long period of time could infect them, whether he knew he had a drug resistant strain or not. That is neither liberal nor conservative; it's common sense. I hope those people who were put at risk by his callousness will file personal injury and emotional distress lawsuits against him. Keep him busy for a while.
