World's worst places: Top 10 places you do not want to visit in 2012 {Gadling}

Jan 6th 2012 2:14PM Burt, that is just the opposite of what I suggested. My point is to cut the $ and tell them to get off their butts and JUST DO IT. That is the best way to get them working together. Cut the cash that they have grown to expect from international contributions.

World's worst places: Top 10 places you do not want to visit in 2012 {Gadling}

Jan 6th 2012 1:55PM It is so sad for the people that live in squander in these places that could be developed into so much more. We have put so much foreign aid into so many countries that it has become a way of life for them. They expect the $ to keep rolling in. The only way to help these people is to show them, then make them realize they got to 'do it for themselves'. There comes a time when they need to put the weapons and drugs down, sober up and realize that if they want out of that environment that they need to work together to better their country, and take the next step and "Just do it".

Mar 15th 2011 11:06AM Some of you Atheists need to read Chicken Soup for the Soul if you don't read the Bible. Christ & God are real. Look at the trees and all the flowers and animals in this world. If you read the Bible, you'd know the truth. We are in END TIMES right now. Repent. If you want a place to start..read Proverbs. That is where I started when I was about 13 or 14. After 49 years and a heck of a lot of trials and tribulation, God quickened me to my now husband. There is a God and things are in HIS timing. God Bless.

Phil Collins Says Fans Won't 'Miss Me,' Quits Music Due to Health Problems {Spinner}

Mar 7th 2011 9:49AM The song 'Sussudio'Phil, was a 'good'one. If you change your mind, without hurting your feelings, I'd suggest a more 'youthful appearance', rather than business suits. Perhaps a nice pair of gently worn jeans and a long sleeve pullover tee shirt with a pair of leather shoes. I do however, understand retiring @ 60. I'm 57 & have retired also. The ol gray mare ain't what she use to be. I do have some of your music, however, and I want you to know that I have enjoyed it. Best wishes whatever you decide. I presently am reading a book that Barbra Streisand wrote about her love for design & have enjoyed it so much...maybe write a book about your 2nd love..not so much music, but what you love and what you have done with it in your life. It would be good for your fans to read...I'm not especially a fan of Barbara, but when I saw the book and how well it was done, I had to have it. Best wishes.

Largest mall in the world is a Chinese ghost town {Gadling}

Mar 6th 2011 11:30AM Can I make a recommendation? Let entrepreneurs rent out the shops for whatever they can afford...better than nothing. Maybe a minimal part of their sales could be given to the owners of the mall...for rent. That would bring shoppers to the area...kinda like the Amish market entrepreneurs. Probably too many shops for an area that is not very populated. If that doesn't work, than they are 'doomed'. It could work, bring people that have 'business' ideas to the area if the rent to start up was minimal, and then they could give a small portion of their profits from their sales.
