AOL Straw Poll: Feb. 19-25 {Politics Daily}
Feb 22nd 2008 2:00AM MCCain and Bush have one big thing in common: They BOTH love to use our military to kill people who never threatened us and who never attacked us. They also BOTH love to murder innocent people. And of course they BOTH love to have our soliders slaughtered while they serve as low paid mercenaries merely in foreign lands to defend the corporate financial interests of corrupt corporations like Halliburton, Exxon, Tesoro and the rest of the ultra corrupt corporations who are all making hundreds of billions off of republican war. Bush and McCain are insane, unstable sociopaths and psychopaths. Why do republicans love evil and corrupt thugs like them? Are all republicans stupid and ignorant? It appears so because not one republican has stood up and called either of these maniacs a murderer and a moron. Wake up Americans and start to think, for a change.

Feb 22nd 2008 1:48AM AREN'T YOU SICK OF BRAINDEAD MORONS LIKE BUSH & MCCAIN LUSTING FOR WAR SO THEY CAN GIVE OUR TREASURY TO CORRUPT REPUBLICAN CORPORATIONS???
McCain has zero integrity. After the evil and corrupt Bush hate machine told lie after lie about McCain in the 2000 primaries John McCain couldn't run up to Bush and give him a big tongue kiss fast enough. Right after Bush lied blatantly about McCain the so-called 'straight talk express' gave Bush a big hug and shared a tongue kiss longer than two lovers deep in love. By immediately falling in step to the ultra right wing freaks in the republican party McCain lost any credibility and backbone he claimed to have. NO ONE with integrity or honesty would ever make love with a person who just abused them as McCain did. And their long tongue kiss wasn't just a fleeting sign of affection. McCain supported every evil and corrupt policy that was generated from the Bush Regime and that included the Iraq War which McCain so loves that he wants to extend it for at least another hundred years. Face it, both Bush and McCain are completely void of any positive attributes and they are absolutely in love with war, raping the American people, giving huge tax breaks to the criminal elite in this once great country, and is for spending unlimited amounts of money on defense, even if not one dime is spent to actually defend the United States.
The World of Rare Records: Lennon and McCartney's First Recording {Luxist}
Feb 3rd 2008 2:11PM The Beatles will always be the best band the world has ever seen. Their music will last forever. No other band will ever match the magic, genius, originality, and depth of the Beatles music. They produced some of the most heartfelt and fun songs ever. A poll taken about ten years ago listed "In My Life" by Lennon and McCartney as the best song ever. It is a soulful and heartfelt song that will certainly bring tears to the eyes of anyone who has lost a close friend or a beloved family member. I should note one special item about this song. In the middle of it is a piano solo which was performed by George Martin, who is considered by most the 'fifth' Beatle because of his marvelous and magnificant contributions to their music.
Most of us remember where we were when we heard of the tragic loss of John, just as we remembered where we were when we learned of John Kennedy's assassination. It is a moment which forever changes the hearts and minds of many. We have all missed out on so many more magical and beautiful music when John died. It is so sad to realize that there will be no more songs from such an inspired person. John's last album, Double Fantasy, showed that John had moved his music to yet another dimension and who knows what wonderful music we have all missed. One song on that album was "Beautiful Boy", which is a song John wrote about his son Sean. Anyone who has had a child or who has loved a child would certainly be moved by the lyrics of that song.
One thing is certain, John's music will last forever, as well as the Beatles' music. Good bless you John, Paul, George, and Ringo.
Is Senator Durbin Calling Petraeus a Traitor? {News Bloggers}
Sep 12th 2007 1:01PM There have been five generals who have retired since Bush started HIS war. Those five generals immediately began to denounce the war, the war strategy and said we were losing the war. They also said that it could not be won. Those generals had to retire before they could speak out. And as soon as they retired and spoke out republicans savagely attacked them calling them traitors and terrorist sympathizers. Gen Betrayus obviously is not going to say ANYTHING other than what his commander in chief wants him to say. Anyone who believes otherwise is a fool. Bush even had the former republican national committee chairman, Ed Gillespe, stationed next to Gen Betrayus' quarters in Iraq. To suggest that Gen Betrayus didn't get his marching orders from Bush is idiotic. On the Daily Show w Jon Stewart they showed clips of Bush making statements about the war from three years ago and they were IDENTICAL what Betrayus said, IDENTICAL!!! Wake up you republican morons and start to think, for once in your lives!!!
