Joran van der Sloot Eyeing TV Interview Payday {PopEater}
Jun 30th 2010 12:43AM I would not watch Vander Sloot in any interview for which he was paid. No one can believe what he says, anyway, so why listen to anything he says. He just wants attention. He hopes to get money for more of his lies.
Obama Recess Appointments: 15 Names, Including Controversial Labor Lawyer {Politics Daily}
Mar 28th 2010 2:59AM Obama is the one playing partisan politics. I get more alienated by him with every move he makes. How dare he! It is just an excuse for him to get more of what he wants by ducking our Constitutional checks and balances system. I have already signed a petition on the Americans for Prosperity website against his behavior. If these appointments anger you, sign the petition at
Brain Scans Let Vegetative Patients 'Talk' to Researchers {Switched}
Feb 7th 2010 1:30AM I have known of other people who have undergone surgery feeling the entire thing and being paralyzed and unable to communicate. I feel so badly for you. I need some future surgeries, and I think I will speak to my surgeon about this phenomenon prior to these surgeries. This should never happen to anyone.
Brain Scans Let Vegetative Patients 'Talk' to Researchers {Switched}
Feb 7th 2010 1:21AM I remember. Terry Schiavo was done a great injustice. Many of us wrote letters and protested and made phone calls in her support. I was very upset and angry that her husband was allowed to kill her. He should have forfeited his status as next of kin when he got involved with that other woman. Her parents had genuine love for her. They knew she was not in a total vegetative state.
Michelle Obama Style Predictions {Stylelist (Main)}
Nov 8th 2008 11:16PM Michelle Obama is nothing like Jacqueline Kennedy! I shutter at the comparison! Jacqueline Kennedy was pure class. Obamas found themselves in the nouveau riche, and it shows. They both enjoy a high opinion of themselves, and they have their fan base who will forgive anything and everything they say and do, including wearing knock-off or butchered designer dresses (like the abomination Ms. Obama wore on election night). I am not one of those fans, because politicians have to prove their merit to me. I see the Obamas' associations with the likes of Bill Ayers, Rev. Wright, and other hateful anti-American loudmouths for what it is. One does not even have to look at their associations to see their character, though. Listening to Ms. Obama's own words, anyone can tell that she does not love this country. Look at how Obama himself betrayed the woman who helped him get his start in politics, and look at how he got rid of the competition so he could run unopposed and guarantee his own victory, and you see his true nature. It will show soon enough. Now he has to perform. He wanted it, and he got it. Let's all watch him try to live up to his rhetoric.

AOL Straw Poll: Aug. 4-11 {Politics Daily}
Aug 9th 2008 4:55PM To Cindi who asks why the news media reports that McCain and Obama are running neck to neck while the AOL Straw Poll shows McCain so far ahead of Obama (McCain at 68%, Obama at 32%): The answer is clear to me. The AOL Poll is a poll of individual AOL users who respond to the question, "For whom will you vote?" It is a direct poll to the people. The media has a leftist slant, and they are clearly slanted toward Obama. No one knows what group they use for their poll, nor does anyone know how they question their participants. My guess is that they question people in New York City or the Northeastern United States, which is more liberal than the rest of the U.S.A. The same thing happened during the 2004 election, when the media was so sure that Kerry was going to win. I could tell that they were wrong. Everyone I knew was going to vote for Bush in 2004, and the media was a joke, as it still is. The same thing will happen this year. McCain will win, thankfully. The American people want National Security. We want a President with years of experience, who has consistantly and quietly gone overseas time after time to learn, to attend to business, and to do his job. We do not want someone who has to be prodded into going overseas, and when he does finally go to see for himself what is really happening (in how many countries in how many days???), he makes a circus out of it, and acts as though he is something he is not. The American people know better. We can compare the histories of the two candidates and see McCain, who has years of experience, and who has been sincere and true to what he believes, in spite of party-politics, vs. Obama, who spent the last two decades with the likes of Rev. Wright and a wife who has not been proud to be an American.

Lisa Tucker Lands on The O.C. {AOL TV}
Apr 7th 2006 11:20AM I was shocked that Mandisa was the one to leave. She has an extraordinary voice and talent. Top that off with her confidence of her place in God's Kingdom, her love of God, her humility and acceptance, and she radiates a beauty that goes beyond the surface. I loved to hear her sing praises to our Lord on the show. I usually agree with Simon, but not when he criticized Mandisa's song selections. My message to Mandisa would be, "Keep the Faith; Wear it proudly; In all probability, coming off from 'American Idol' now will open vast doors of opportunity for you. I'll be watching your career. Follow your heart, and not too much of Hollywood. God be with you. The others I favor are Paris, Kelly, and Taylor. They truly have talent. Paris did not deserve to be in the bottom three, either. She is fantastic. She needs the votes of the people - she is the best of the group that is left.
