Kelly Kulick Becomes First Woman to Win PBA Title {Fanhouse Main}
Jan 24th 2010 11:36PM Someone commented that women could next beat men playing pool. I don't know, but that may have already happened. I love to shoot pool, but I realize that only skill is involved, not athleticism. On the other hand, bowling does require at least some level of athleticism. I'm a guy. Kudos to this woman who won the bowling championship.
When a pilot loses his license - the nasty letter from the FAA {Gadling}
Nov 7th 2009 10:45PM It seems reasonable to me that the FAA institute some sort of contingency plan to facilitate the means to contact other crew members in the event contact is lost with the cockpit crew for more than a few minutes.

Fun Facts About Sex Dreams {Personal Articles}
Jul 13th 2009 1:30AM The study used 173 subjects. Multiply this by the thirty days the subjects logged their dreams and you come up with about 5190 total nights of dreams. They came up with over 3500 dreams? Hey, I dream pretty often myself, but nowhere near 2 out of 3 nights. Do any of you dream this often? Just wondering.

Newson's Lockheed Lounger Will Sell For Millions {Luxist}

Newson's Lockheed Lounger Will Sell For Millions {Luxist}
Sep 18th 2007 10:22PM People who have the means to buy the chair have every right to do so. No one else has any right to put them down for it. As for whether a buyer of such a chair gives money to charity, that is non sequitor, a completely unrelated issue. As for me, I would not buy the chair if I had the money. My friends would ridicule me for being such an idiot.
Southern Sweet Tea {AOL Food Blog}
Sep 5th 2007 4:35PM We're from North Carolina. While traveling in British Columbia my wife ordered tea at a restaurant. Before our meal arrived it dawned on me that her beverage would not be what she expected but I said nothing. Sure enough the waitress brought out hot tea in a pot with a teacup. We got a big laugh out of it but she did drink and enjoy the tea. Nice to have something different sometimes.
Here is a treat we like to make. Mix sweet tea half and half with Cheerwine. Cheerwine is a soft drink that originated in the South. I don't know what parts of the country it's distributed in, but I don't think it's nationwide.
Would Michigan Can Lloyd Carr? {Fanhouse NCAA Football Blog}
Sep 4th 2007 2:23AM C'mon, guys. I can see you may have various reasons for wanting Carr gone, but you can't base it on this one game.
ASU has become an upper echelon team in 1-AA football and have won or stayed close to some 1-A teams they met in the past.
As for Michigan making mistakes in the game, sure they did. But so did ASU. Both teams were penalized for about the same yardage. In the third quarter ASU dropped a pass in the end zone my ten tear old sister would have caught and scored zero points on that drive.
Most people who are familiar with ASU knew they would make a game of it. Still, I have to admit my surprise that they actually won.
I'm sure Michigan and its fans will recover but it may or may not be this year.
