The WORST photos are the grainy, out-of-focus ones that the lazy real estate agent has obviously taken with his or her cell phone.
Buy a $100 KodaK Easy Share Camera for Pete's sake!!!!!!
If you are too lasy to take decent photos of your lisitng. I am too lazy to look at it.

My husband and I are in our 60's,
We live in a quiet condo on the beach that we love.
We have an HOA and we follow the rules.
We don't want someone deciding they want to start up a Mariachi band or have their sullen Goth granddaughter raise poisonous reptiles in the back bedroom.
Perhaps you should understand the rules that you have AGREED to before you start complaining.

I, for one, would be very upset if the 55+ community that I live in suddenly allowed children.
I don't have childen, I don't like children and that is EXACTLY why I chose to live in a 55+ community.
If you don't like the rules...too bad.
Find another way.
Get over it.
