Aug 18th 2007 5:15PM The property is very expensive and needs a great deal of restoration work. But if you can afford it you are buying a piece of America that would be wonderful to have. When I saw the property I was lucky enough to have time to stop and really look at it.I fell in love! It is a rough diamond with so much potential. I would restore the house, rip up the carpet and have hard wood floors, enlarge the rooms, reduce the courtyard- with sunshine even on a windy day!landscape it and name it "Mermaids at Butterfly Point".
Don't be jealous and nasty if you can't afford it just appreciate the place it is a beauty.
