Jan 10th 2011 11:08AM I'm still wary over this American version since I'm such a huge fan of the UK one, but I'll keep an open mind.
Jan 4th 2011 10:05PM Doctor Who no longer airs on SyFy. BBC America now has exclusive rights to air Doctor Who and BBCA has done a fantastic job airing episodes as soon as possible after their British premiere.
Jan 4th 2011 11:27AM I was also very glad I saw it the first way the first time. Other than notice a few numbers here and there, I didn't register them at all, let alone thought they were a countdown to something. I only heard about it AFTER the episode when a friend on twitter asked me about the countdown.
I did see the episode again, this time knowing to look for the numbers and yeah it WAS distracting. So I can understand a lot of people being mixed regarding the episode if they had seen it this way their first time.
I still think it was a wonderful episode and Segel/Hannigan broke my heart last night. Maybe if I had paid attention to the countdown it would've prepared me a little better.
Jan 4th 2011 12:07AM I had NO IDEA about the countdown until everyone on twitter were talking about it. I just re-watched the episode and yes, if you caught it early I can see how it would distract from the totally great episode that the whole cast and crew delivered tonight. With that said... poor Marshall.
Dec 19th 2010 9:55AM Apart from what others had already mentioned in the comments, a few more most-boring-title contenders:
The Greatest, Please Give, Red, The Good Guy, Legion, Mother and Child, Get Low, Twelve, The Switch, The American, You Again, Fair Game, The Tourist, The Company Men, Country Song.
I'm judging their titles solely. aka this list says NOTHING about quality of movie. Though admittedly, a few of these movies were damn bad.
Dec 7th 2010 10:58AM Favorite comedian? Harder than it sounds. Would late night hosts count? If so, Conan O'Brien and Craig Ferguson would be right on top of that list.
Dec 7th 2010 10:55AM Haven't seen much, but I did see WAKING UP SLEEPING BEAUTY and that was really nice. Oh! I also saw BABIES which was all kinds of adorable, but I think I'll still go w/ my first answer.
Dec 6th 2010 10:42AM Congrats for the win, but the supreme airbrushing and the lack of Misha Collins are big FAILS.
Nov 29th 2010 10:44AM Really hope Vicky realizes after this that being with Nick is not a good thing. Yes, I know that reality shows often drive people to do things they normally won't do because of stress, etc., but I feel we've seen Nick when he's on top and when he's not and he's pretty much a douchebag either way. Him giving up while Vicki continued on was just one of the most dispiriting I've seen on the race.
Nov 24th 2010 5:56PM So many to be thankful for to be honest... that Neil Patrick Harris and Jim Parsons are Emmy winners, that Steven Moffatt continues to kick ass and take names with Doctor Who and Sherlock, that LOST had a fantastic final season, that HIMYM is back on track, that Fringe & Community despite their low ratings have been so SO good quality-wise, and finally just thankful for Netflix/Hulu for helping feed my large TV/film addiction. Whew.
