I was 265 and excersised 4 hours a day and ate sensibly. no junk at all to this day Chips, cookies, ice cream, candy.. etc. Nothing since Oct 2008' you CAN do it. I was the girl who wouldn't sweat .lol Now if I'm not sweating enough I'm uncomfortable . The only thing I wonder here is extra skin.. and how she dealt with it , IF she had to. I have met alot of people at my gym who have had too and it's all different so I was curious..

I have listened to his speeches, I gave him the benefit of the doubt.
