Mortgage Man Decides To Sell Yacht and House {Luxist}

Jul 28th 2007 9:29PM The houses behind the yacht are in an area called "Stiltsville" located immediately south of Key Biscayne in Biscayne Nat'l Park. They (approx. 20 - 25) were originally built during the 1930s-40s and used for wild parties during prohibition. They were later used by wealthy locals as weekend retreats. More recently, the national park service has claimed them, but continues to allow private use by the previous owners. Any structures destroyed by hurricanes are not permitted to be rebuilt.
As for Mr. Devaney's yacht, it frequently cruises in that area despite the water depth being less than adequate for her draft.
A 142 foot Trinity Yacht - $23.5 million dollars. Destroying the environment to show off said yacht - priceless.
