Jan 18th 2012 9:44PM as far as I know Regis and Joy have no close family, Regis has a couple of kids from his long ago first marriage, one a son who is wheelchair bound his whole life, Regis has all but abandoned that son many years ago and only gave him money when it got out to the media how badly he treated him, then he shelled out a few small bucks to make himself look good? I have never liked Regis Philbin ever since hearing how bad he treated his kids from his first marriage?

Oct 17th 2011 5:09PM Why should Heidi feel bad about ANYTHING that she said about Obama and his meddling wife? everything she said is perfectly true and she is right, the majority of the real voting public are fed up with them and their criminal ways! they don't have a hounds chance in hell of getting re-elected next year and we all better hope they don't somehow manage to do it? though with all the dirty Chicago political trickery I would not be surprised if they don't try tossing the election?? well see, until then Heidi keep telling the truth!!

Oct 17th 2011 5:02PM Tammy: Thank you Tammy for making a clear and concise statement about a subject nobody seems to want to hear? all these kooks protesting down at the parks need to hear this and learn something from it? sure as you said there is plenty of blame to go around and the banks, insurance companies and yes the realtors and mortgage brokers hands are not clean either...but when you get down to it the people that signed off on these promises have to take a huge amount of the responsibility as well? when we ALL come clean with ourselves and get down to business cleaning up our own messes, holding our governments to real budgets and holding our financial institutions to the laws we will dig ourselves out of this mess, but its not going to happen unless and until we all of us take ownership of the problems first and seek to rectify them!!

Sep 29th 2011 10:26PM Yes I agree with the few posters here that got it right..he took 750,000 less than the asking price, but still sold for 3.5 million bucks? I am sure he has owned this place at least 25 years, or more? any guesses what he may have paid for it originally? I am beting maybe half a million bucks or so, which was big money way back when...when he bought this place you probably also could buy the very best Cadillac for 13,000 but now with inflation ccaddies are 45K, nice properties like this are 4 million and Jackie Boy is laughing all the way to the bank as he earned ten times his investment on a home he never even slept in and he is probably getting too old to forsee using much? meanwhile most of us hard working stiffs have lost between 60% or more on our modest homestead properties and may never see that equity again in our lives? so I am not loosing any sleep over Jack and his really huge lose?
